By now you should understand that buying vacation ownership property through Timeshare Resales Hawaii is much less expensive than purchasing directly from a developer. We would like to show you how to save even more of you're hard earned money and stay at the BEST VACATION OWNERSHIP RESORTS IN HAWAII AND WORLDWIDE.

And you are aware all Hawaii timeshares have the highest trading power. We want to show you how to take full advantage of this.

You first need to decide which direction is best for you. We will call them ticket one, two and three to make it easy to follow and understand.

Ticket One
If you want to purchase a timeshare at a specific resort and return to Hawaii each year and stay in that same resort then ticket one is for you.

Ticket Two
If you want to purchase a timeshare at the least expensive price and stay at the nicest 5 Star or Gold Crown Resorts in Hawaii for the least amount of money then ticket two is for you.

Ticket Three
If you want to stay in resorts outside of Hawaii and want a time-share in Hawaii for its high trading power, that will also trade back into Hawaii Resorts, we recommend you purchase the lowest priced resort in Hawaii, and ticket three is for you.

Whether its ticket one, two or three that fits your needs, we can make it happen for you.

Before we go further we need to talk more about trading power. Because all time-share resorts in Hawaii have a higher trading power, it's easy to get more if your trading for a resort outside Hawaii. In addition to that, Hawaii properties trade equally. Simply put if you purchase a time-share in a resort from a developer for $20,000 and your friend purchases one on the resale market for $12,000, and you both stay in that same resort, who got the better deal? If I purchase a less expensive time-share in a different resort in Hawaii that is on the resale market for $6,000 and exchange my property to stay at the same resort as you both, which one of us really got the best deal? Which are you looking for, a retail purchase, a 30% discount, or a 70% discount?

Some people want to always know where they are staying and want the same place each and every year and for them Ticket One is the best answer. For those who always want to stay in the highest quality resorts in Hawaii, but are a little more flexible and want to save money in doing so, choose Ticket Two. And for those people wanting the biggest bang for their dollar and may want to travel to different destinations each year, Hawaii time-shares give them the highest trading power at the least expensive purchase price, and so Ticket Three fits them best. For more details on how to exchange properties see Trading Your Timeshare.

Is it really less expensive to own a time-share
than rent a hotel?

The average price per night to stay in a hotel room on the Island of Maui, Hawaii for 2000 was $253.00 per night. The price to stay in a luxury two-bedroom resort during the same time was much higher. With other things to think about like inflation, high rental taxes and market demand it makes logical sense to have ownership. You do the math to see what works best for you.

Other Important Facts to Consider

  • Lowest price time-shares usually have lower maintenance fees, which translate to lower costs per night.
  • Lowest price time-shares have a better "chance to appreciate".
  • Lowest price time-shares are easiest to resell should the need arise.
  • When trading a time-share interval no one asked how much you paid for your unit or if it came from a developer or a resale company. Each person is treated equally when trading, your time-share location is important; your purchase price is not.

Customer Satisfaction

"We have owned our timeshare at the Hona Koa for 10 years and have enjoyed it immensely. We have traveled extensively and have always had the best accommodations because of our Hona Koa exchange with RCI."
