Once we have listed your vacation interval and done our marketing job, then comes the offer from a potential buyer.

Once we receive an offer from a buyer we will notify you of the offer to get your acceptance. We will forward the contract (DROA) to you for your review and signatures. Once the offer has been accepted and signed, it will go to escrow for closing. Within a couple of weeks you should receive a package from the escrow company explaining the closing process. Generally it takes about 60 days for the escrow company to complete all the necessary documentation, title search, review process and closing of the transaction. Once the closing is completed you will receive a check for your portion of the proceeds less our sales commission and closing cost.

It is not necessary to be in Hawaii to sell or close on your timeshare. All information can be handled via the mail, e-mail, fax and/or phone.
